  My partner and I have recently purchased a home through Dave as the sales agent. We were extremely satisfied with not only his knowledge of the industry, but also his willingness to connect with us on a level way above and beyond what would traditionally be required within his role. Dave really put in the effort. He made sure we were aware of what is required of us as well as required of the seller. The process has been extremely smooth and I would 100% recommend Dave’s service.

  Rowena supported me through the sale of my property at a very difficult time in my life. She knows the market well and kept me informed throughout the whole process, with immediate feedback after every open home. She has a wonderful sense of humour and is a very empathetic, special person who goes above just being an Agent who is selling your property. That is rare to find nowadays.   Allysha made the process of selling our property run smoothly from start to finish. She was extremely helpful and full of knowledge during the initial stages of preparing the house for sale. Her advice and feedback after open houses was invaluable and she was on hand when we approached auction to help ease our nerves.   From͏ the moment we asked Dave to market our place he was nothing but helpful even down to organising for green waste & furniture moved. We only gave Dave 3 days from when the house went on the market to the open house where he got us a really great price for our house that weekend.
