- Rebecca Kucks Added April 29, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could put a - star I would. Tonight we ordered on line 1 and a half hour before the required pick up time of 7.15pm. Our order had not been started when we arrived to pick it up. We were told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. It was not ready for another half an hour. What annoyed me more was customers who had ordered in the shop (mind you they had been waiting between 30 and 50 minutes) were all served in front of us. I really don't know why we bothered ordering in advance as it turns out. Obviously the staff were overwhelmed with orders and had no service protocols to follow. I appreciate the staff were doing the best they could be really PIZZA HUT GET YOUR ACT INTO GEAR. Our pizzas were for a suprise Birthday dinner which ended up not being a suprise. Very dissapointed as we had other choices for pizza but wanted to support our local business.
